How your price is calculated
Wash, dry & fold is the higher of the $45.00 minimum order or your weight × $2.25/lb.
Sanitizing treatment, if you choose it, adds $0.25/lb on top.
Pickup & delivery: any fee will be confirmed with you and shown separately.
Sales tax: shown separately if it applies.
Estimated weight and final price
When you book, you enter an estimated weight and see an estimated total. After pickup we weigh your laundry, and your final total is based on the actual weight. If you have paid more than the final total, the difference is handled as a refund. If you owe more, you pay the balance through a secure link. We never charge your card without your action.
The sanitizing treatment is available for eligible towels and linens only.
