Service

EURO DETAIL CLEANING LLC provides laundry care with scheduled pickup and delivery, and commercial cleaning by individual quote.

Pickup times

The time you select is a planned pickup time, not a guaranteed arrival to the minute. We will contact you if the plan changes.

Estimates and final price

Your estimated total is based on the weight you enter. Your final total is based on the actual weight after pickup. A minimum order applies as shown on the Pricing page. Any delivery fee and sales tax are shown separately.

Balances and overpayments

If your final total is more than you have paid, we send a secure link to pay the balance. Your card is not charged automatically. If you have paid more than the final total, the difference is handled as a refund.

Recurring pickups

A recurring pickup is a schedule, not an automatic payment. Nothing is charged to your card automatically.

Changes and cancellation

You can change or cancel a booking online, using the private link in your email, up to 24 hours before the planned pickup. After that, please call us. Cancelling does not by itself issue a refund. Refund status is tracked separately and shown on your booking page.

Sanitizing treatment

The optional sanitizing treatment is available for eligible towels and linens only.
